In this window, the “Criteria” menu defines the type of items that your dropdowns have. To add or remove items, use the box next to this menu.

You can add a new list item by typing a comma and then entering the name of your item. Or, you can remove an item by deleting it from the list. Feel free to change any other options you want in this window.

When you’re done, at the bottom of the “Data Validation” window, click “Save.”
