Deleting your TikTok drafts allows you to declutter your profile page and reclaim your phone storage space. You can delete one, several or all video drafts at once. We’ll show you how easy it is to get rid of those erasers.

What is a draft on TikTok?

A TikTok draft is a video that you’ve uploaded to TikTok but haven’t posted yet. It is likely that you are still working on editing the video before it is published, or that you are waiting for the best time to publish the video. During these phases, the video remains in your drafts.

Your draft videos are saved on your TikTok profile page. Here you will find a draft folder that contains all your draft videos, and these are only visible to you.

Why delete your drafts?

Some of the reasons for deleting your drafts include that you want to tidy up your profile page so that it only has your posted videos, or you want to free up the storage space on your iPhone, iPad, or Android phone that has been taken up by your video drafts.

You will need to delete your drafts on each of your TikTok-enabled devices individually. Deleting drafts on one device will not delete drafts you have created on another device.
