After two years of limited events, the Times Square Ball returns to full capacity to celebrate 2023. Once again, viewers can watch a packed crowd as the glowing ball descends to ring in the new year. Here’s how to stream it.

One Times Square, home of the Times Square Ball, offers a desktop and mobile app that takes you into a metaverse of Times Square. There are games, a virtual Times Square, and live streams of various ball drop broadcasts, starting at 6 pm ET / 3 pm PT.
You can also stream an easier live webcast of the ball drop on the official Times Square and Times Square Ball websites and on the Times Square Facebook and Twitter pages

The long tradition of New Year’s Rockin’ Eve by Dick Clark continues with host Ryan Seacrest, who will broadcast live from Times Square along with co-host Liza Koshy. They will be joined by singer Jessie James Decker in Times Square, with performances by iconic pop-rockers Duran Duran, legendary R&B group New Edition, BTS member J-Hope and TikTok star Jax.
Beyond Times Square, the show will include live broadcasts from New Orleans (hosted by actor Billy Porter), Puerto Rico (hosted by actress Roselyn Sanchez) and Los Angeles (hosted by DJ D-Nice). Pop singer Ciara will also present a series of pre-recorded performances from Disneyland.

Bravo’s Andy Cohen once again teams up with his friend and CNN host Anderson Cooper for CNN’s live new year’s eve. Cohen and Cooper will broadcast live from Times Square beginning at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. At 12:30 pm ET / 9:30 pm PT, they will deliver the coverage to CNN anchor Don Lemon in New Orleans.
