Most of the cheaper Roku players now support 4K, so connectivity is the main selling point for the Ultra. There’s a headphone jack built into the remote, so you can listen to movies and shows through wired headphones. The remote is also rechargeable via USB and has the same TV power and volume controls as most other Roku remotes.
Unlike most other Roku players, the Ultra has an Ethernet LAN jack, so you can use a wired network connection if you want—great for areas with spotty Wi-Fi connections. There’s also a USB Type-A port, which you can use to view photos, music, or videos stored on a USB drive.
