Place the cursor at the beginning of the text.

On your keyboard, press the backtick key to have a backtick symbol (`) added before the text. This key has a tilde sign (~) and is just above the Tab key on most keyboards.

If you’re on a mobile device, go to the symbols menu on your keyboard and tap the backtick sign.

Hit the backspace key.

After adding a backtick at the beginning of your text, place your cursor at the end of your text and add a backtick.

Right away, you’ll notice that Discord has formatted the text inside your backticks into quotes format.

Add the backtick sign at the end of the text.

You can now send your message as usual and the recipient will see the quote format. Enjoy!
