Mini-LED eliminates this problem by boosting the dimming abilities of LCD panels. This emulates the primary nature of OLED, i.e., it turns off specific LED strips. Since these LEDs are around 0.09 to 0.1 millimeters in size, they can be easily turned off and on to provide more targeted darkening, thereby producing deeper blacks. 

3- Cost-Effective than Micro-LED Display Technology

Micro-LED have similar usages to that of OLED displays. However, mini-LED is used in LED-backlit LCD panels. 

Mini-LED is more cost-effective to manufacture than OLED, micro-LED, and QLEDs. In addition, when installed in IPS LCD screens, a mini-LED panel offers all the benefits of in-plane shifting over OLEDs, thereby increasing lifetime and longevity.
